Whitney is the daughter of Tim Chaffin & Wife of Dane Sellers. She is a new mom, licensed realtor in the state of Florida and a nationally known professional speaker where she teaches people how to invest in real estate while using it as a vehicle to help others. She has a passion for helping people and a background in broadcast journalis
Whitney is the daughter of Tim Chaffin & Wife of Dane Sellers. She is a new mom, licensed realtor in the state of Florida and a nationally known professional speaker where she teaches people how to invest in real estate while using it as a vehicle to help others. She has a passion for helping people and a background in broadcast journalism, so together with her skillset and desire to help others, she speaks and advocates for a life with second chances. Her whole philosophy is to use real estate as a way to provide second chances to vulnerable populations. Her desire to give comes from her story of overcoming depression after seeing friends and family members struggle with drug and alcohol addiction and life after incarceration. She and her husband develop real estate as a business and volunteer with multiple non-profit organizations across the state of Florida where they live. They started Whitney's Place, a re-entry and recovery housing provider in Palm Beach County, Florida in 2020.

Tim has also mentored students who have since become mentors for that same company and many who have also been inducted into the International Hall of Fame at Elite Legacy Education, Inc. formerly Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Education fulfillment platform for more than 16 years.
Tim’s trainings and traveling has made it convenient to invest in a variety of markets across the U.S. His portfolio includes or has included single family homes, multi-family units, mobile home parks, office, storage, warehouse, retail and international investing in Costa Rica and Belize. Tim enjoys mentoring students at any level, any location, from beginner to advanced, on any aspect of real estate investing.

Born and raised in South Florida, Dane has always had a passion for construction and an eye for beautiful homes in his community. After attending the University of Miami on a football Scholarship, Dane pursued his childhood dream and went on to follow his father's footsteps to become a licensed General Contractor.

Dane grew up in the industry, learning the ropes of the business at a very young age, and is now the proud owner of NXTGEN CONSTRUCTION, INC. serving Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. Dane works both professionally and personally with multiple organizations in Palm Beach County, Florida including Whitney's Place, a re-entry and recovery housing provider named after his wife that is dedicated to providing beautiful, sustainable and safe housing to men and women needing a second chance. When Dane isn't giving back or working in his business, he and Whitney are spending time with their loving 1-year-old son Dax.
